Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, particularly SaaS.
- 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development.
- Proven ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets and driving services sales efforts.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of developing and guiding high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and expectations effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required (at least 40% for customer engagements and business needs).
