Requirements

- Track record of closing deals with business owners or executives

- Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Experience in franchising or service-based industries is a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a remote environment during EST hours
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities
- Run discovery calls and deliver compelling pitches
- Close mid- to high-ticket deals
- Guide prospective franchisees through key business decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in CRM
- Share feedback and market insights to refine sales approach
- Partner with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning
- Mentor junior reps and foster a collaborative sales culture
