Requirements
- 3+ years prior experience in software localization/internationalization
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS programming languages
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (terraform, Kubernetes) (preferred)
- Experience with UNIX systems and scripting languages (e.g. Python, bash) (preferred)
- Familiar with Machine Learning/LLM and AI-driven translation services (preferred)
- Experience with Ember.js and GitHub Actions-based CI and testing frameworks (preferred)
- Skills in reading, writing and speaking languages other than English (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
- Implement automation solutions
- Own end-to-end issue management and bug resolution
- Review and monitor data for issues
- Assist non-technical team members with implementing solutions
- Maintain documentation of changes and best practices
