Requirements
- BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years managing SaaS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations.
- Experience with frontend or backend development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop best-practice configurations and solution designs.
- Set up, develop, configure, and test all technical assets.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to build feature extensions.
- Identify relevant use cases for LivePerson capabilities and deploy enhancements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert across LivePerson solutions.
- Guide customers on applying technical solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage customer technical assets (APIs, integrations, widgets, code).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support and lead activities that advance key strategic initiatives.
- Optimize and share best practices.
- Provide technical enablement to LivePerson partners.
