Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Understanding of LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Anthropic) and RAG.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Business Analyst).
- Comfort working with unstructured data.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover high-value customer pains and translate them into AI automation designs.
- Design and configure Proofs of Concept (POCs) using AI Hub and workflow builders.
- Educate customers on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI governance.
- Provide feedback to Product Management on user interface and agent capabilities.
