- 12+ years of experience across media, comms, brand, or public relations
- 3+ years of experience managing social media channels
- 3+ years of management experience of managing a team of at least 2 persons
- English proficiency (Minimum B2)
Responsibilities
- Identify, support, and drive people power campaign moments
- Increase awareness of Change.org and its campaigns
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, decision-makers, and partners
- Lead Corporate Communications in Turkey
- Contribute to growth in platform activity in Turkey
- Engage Change.org's email audience with impactful content
- Maintain a campaign portfolio aligned with brand principles
- Manage operational and legal needs in Turkey, including budget and compliance
