Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, and web design (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms.
  • Experience designing for responsive websites, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, file organization, and design accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience editing images, brand designs, graphics and existing designs across all media.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a willingness to explore automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create website and landing page designs for conversion and engagement.
  • Develop original logo designs and brand identities with brand guides.
  • Create on-brand visuals, ad creatives, infographics, and social media graphics.
  • Design graphics for paid and organic social media.
  • Edit and optimize photography for digital content.
  • Partner with Account Management, Development, SEO, and Social teams.
  • Collaborate with other designers on systems, quality, and processes.
  • Contribute to elevating custom and templated designs.
  • Maintain a high standard of design excellence.
  • Stay current with design trends and UX/UI best practices.
  • Leverage AI tools for creative efficiency.
  • Refine reusable design frameworks and templates.
