Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
- 10+ years of hands-on change management experience.
- 5+ years building and managing Azure DevOps dashboards and Power BI reports.
- Proven record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of business process design and service delivery operations.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma required.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2–3 concurrent large-scale process improvement programs.
- Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Azure DevOps reports.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Partner with delivery, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Drive measurable performance improvements and report on KPIs.
- Facilitate value stream mapping sessions and workshops.
- Mentor and coach cross-functional team members.
