Requirements
- At least 1 year (including internships) for SDE I, or 3+ years for SDE II, building production-grade software.
- Ideally full stack with some frontend exposure.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Enjoy tackling ambiguous problems, breaking them down into actionable code, and iterating quickly.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end outcomes and continuously improve systems.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a global team, with excellent communication skills.
- Love learning, exploring new tools, and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems for customer onboarding, shopping, and end-to-end purchase flows.
- Work on high-visibility initiatives, including revamping pre-sale flows from scratch.
- Address technical debt, fix inconsistencies and bugs, and contribute to tech stack refactoring.
- Support multiple teams and initiatives in parallel while prioritizing the highest-impact work.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
- Contribute to both frontend (React/React Native) and backend (Node.js, Nest.js).
- Work asynchronously across time zones, participate in daily standups, and maintain strong communication.
