Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, compliance, billing/invoicing support, technical ops, or customer/partner support.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing workflows, logs, and follow-ups.
  • Clear communicator who can enforce standards professionally and consistently.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve publisher-submitted creatives (social and email) before they go live.
  • Monitor live traffic across channels for compliance and brand-safe messaging.
  • Verify required items for social partners (e.g., Ad Library links).
  • Review email live proofs prior to launch.
  • Document decisions and violations, communicate required fixes, and escalate issues.
  • Maintain compliance logs (creative approvals, incidents, outreach, and monthly summaries).
  • Support recurring audits (weekly checks + monthly channel reviews).
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Support invoice creation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing-related questions.
  • Partner with finance to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic partner/client account setup in internal tools.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting for common issues.
