Requirements
- Graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier; or graduates with some entry-level experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating passion and design skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects)
- Knowledge of design principles and social media design best practices
- Good communication skills and a proactive team player
Responsibilities
- Create engaging design for social media ads, web and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with design team to create static and animated product assets
- Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Build Sleeper’s brand through visuals and storytelling
