Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading supply chain, operations, or similar functions, with people management experience
- Expertise in warehousing, transportation, 3PL management, and supply chain systems
- Experience in regulated industries such as infant formula, food, or beverages
- Knowledge of both Retail and E-Commerce product management
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, BI/reporting tools, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide day-to-day supply chain operations
- Develop and execute strategies to scale supply chain capacity
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs
- Support commercialization of new products
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and Manufacturing teams
- Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing supply chain leadership team
- Partner with Finance to develop financial plans
- Implement best-in-class food safety and quality programs
