Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or commercial strategy within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel and Looker (or equivalent BI) proficiency.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and e-commerce funnel KPIs.
- Demonstrated deep expertise in Eastern European market dynamics (cultural, commercial, and competitive). Native-level understanding preferred.
- Experience collaborating across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply teams.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders with data-led narratives.
- Familiarity with media measurement frameworks (MMM, brand lift studies, attribution) is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts
- Incorporate seasonality and variables into demand models
- Present forecast insights and risk scenarios
- Track market performance KPIs
- Act as a central liaison between commercial departments
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews
- Provide input for budget planning
- Collaborate with Performance, CRM, Brand, and voucher teams
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with promotional calendars
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Plan and collaborate on upper-funnel campaigns
- Work with media agencies to optimize budgets
- Forecast media-driven demand uplifts
- Use research and measurement tools to evaluate ROI
- Own post-campaign performance reviews
- Identify high-impact growth levers
- Evaluate and build growth cases
- Collaborate with other teams to drive growth areas
