Requirements

  • Extensive provider-facing experience in Southern New Jersey, with strong healthcare relationships and an understanding of the regional market landscape.
  • At least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a background in value-based care, network development, or MSO operations.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships, driving adoption of clinical technologies, and scaling provider engagement strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day execution.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery and transforming care for Medicare patients in New Jersey.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and build something new.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of Clover Assistant-aligned PCPs across Southern New Jersey by identifying, onboarding, and enabling high-quality primary care partners.
  • Build and execute a regional strategy to expand our MSO footprint, working closely with executive leadership, legal, and finance to structure and close strategic agreements.
  • Own provider relationships end-to-end—from initial engagement to long-term performance management—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and shared success.
  • Represent Clover in the market by regularly meeting with physicians, practice leaders, and healthcare stakeholders to build trust and deepen partnerships.
  • Lead a local team focused on provider enablement and performance, ensuring providers are fully equipped to succeed in our model and delivering high-quality care to Clover members.
  • Monitor regional performance metrics and use data to guide strategic and tactical decisions to increase Clover Assistant PCP coverage and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the Southern New Jersey market, bringing insights and feedback from providers and practices back to internal stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership teams.
