Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related technical field. Strong knowledge and practical experience with mathematical statistics and probability theory. Proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization tools such as BigQuery, Python, Tableau, SuperSet, and Excel. Solid experience in running and analyzing A/B tests. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). Product thinking: ability to interpret user behavior through metrics and understand product impact. Systems thinking: can reason from the general to the specific and vice versa. Critical thinking: questions data quality and decisions, performs cross-checks.
