Project Engineer

Proven experience in deploying hardware in operational transport or similar safety-critical environments. Understanding of electromechanical systems, IT hardware, and field equipment integration. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Lead and manage the deployment of rail gate hardware. Develop and maintain deployment plans, schedules, and resource forecasts. Coordinate logistics for hardware delivery, storage, and staging. Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of equipment. Ensure all deployments comply with rail safety standards, regulations, and quality procedures. Manage on-site contractors. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor deployment progress and escalate issues. Oversee acceptance testing, handover, and transition to operational support teams. Maintain accurate documentation. Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.
