Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of physician or APP recruitment experience Radiologist recruitment experience required Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates Exceptional partner to stakeholders at all levels Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Identify and reach out to potential physician candidates using various platforms. Source talent for physician positions to support the medical practice. Create and manage job postings for physician roles. Create and execute diverse sourcing strategies. Execute a high-caliber candidate experience. Maintain and update a database of physician candidates. Support the development and execution of targeted recruitment strategies. Act as a mentor and advisor to teammates on the Talent Acquisition team.
