Mental Health Provider (NY license)

Ability to commit to standard clinical working hours: 9AM-4PM EST. Unrestricted LCSW or LMHC license in NY. Must be located in CT, CO, FL, NC, OR, IL, NJ, CA, NY. Must have the ability to work independently (unlimited practice authority). 5+ years of independent practice. Experience working in a telehealth and/or health-tech setting. Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. Passion for women’s and family health. Experience providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT). Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and cross-functional operational partners.

Provide virtual therapy and coaching to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging. Use brief solution-focused therapy. Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team. Moderate and contribute to Maven’s member forum. Provide feedback to the Mental Health Services Lead. Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model.
