3-5 years in AML, risk, or compliance roles at a bank, fintech, or regtech. Ability to translate regulatory logic into product requirements for engineers. Experience deconstructing manual review processes and designing scalable automation. Understanding of how to use metrics to understand issues and find patterns related to false-positives.

Define how AI agents reason by translating complex regulations into structured, machine-readable logic. Partner with customers to understand compliance processes and design products that remove bottlenecks. Collaborate with engineering to ensure product decisions are explainable and compliant by design.
