Requirements:
1-5 years in SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role preferred, or equivalent experience (AdTech/MarTech preferred). Consistent track record of overperforming against monthly quota expectations. Consultative sales experience for products/solutions sold into marketing/sales leadership stakeholders. Ability to quickly assess business pain points, develop a strategy, and sell to that strategy on the same call. Excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. Strength in ability to communicate value both on the phone and in email.
Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, navigate sales processes (discovery, demo, proposal, closing), and overachieve sales quotas. Generate pipeline through outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, social media, and video. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue. Become a subject matter expert on the CTV industry, MNTN's platform, and competitive landscape. Partner with Customer Success to onboard new advertisers. Provide feedback for team improvement.
