Senior Staff Production Engineer

10+ years of experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused roles. Demonstrated ability to architect and operate large-scale distributed systems. Strong software engineering skills and ability to produce high-quality code. Proven leadership of complex technical initiatives. Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform). Proficiency with high-level programming languages such as Python (Go, Rust, or similar languages are a plus). Strong communicator. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Set technical direction for production infrastructure and influence engineering strategy. Architect and scale secure, highly available distributed systems. Design next-generation infrastructure platforms and frameworks. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Anticipate future scale, regulatory, and security needs. Mentor other engineers. Own and improve high-severity production operations, incident response, and postmortems.
