Plan and publish daily/weekly content in alignment with campaigns, events, and product launches. Collaborate with Creative and Video to deliver social-first content. Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and build Granum’s digital presence. Track and report social metrics tied to awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution. Build and manage Granum’s Brand Ambassador program. Recruit, contract, and onboard influencers and industry advocates. Negotiate deliverables, exclusivity terms, and incentives. Coordinate ambassador involvement in events, webinars, podcasts, and product launches. Run ongoing ambassador engagement. Track ROI of ambassador activity. Partner with Partner Programs Manager to align ambassador activities with broader ecosystem strategy. Work with Brand Experience Manager to integrate ambassadors into events and activations. Support Demand Gen and Product Marketing by fueling campaigns with ambassador and social content.
