Senior Product Manager, Employee Lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Exceptional project management skills. Expertise in stakeholder management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Great judgment for strategic and tactical decisions. Data-driven approach with experience setting and tracking goals (SQL or Metabase experience a plus). Familiarity with HR technology or related industries is a plus.

Develop, own, and communicate product vision and strategy for the Employee Lifecycle team. Maintain a prioritized roadmap with iterative improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all phases of product development. Become a subject matter expert on employee lifecycle business problems. Design user experiences with Operations, Legal, and Customer Support. Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback. Stay updated on HR software market trends and technologies. Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making.
