Lead Analytics Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field. 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence. 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation. High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.

Provide analytical support to client delivery, utilization management, and population health teams. Build customer-facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing. Develop reusable semantic models, metrics, and user-defined functions. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for population health KPIs. Develop and implement analytical development and release processes. Collaborate with Data Engineering on a scalable testing and data quality monitoring process. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses.
