Staff Software Engineer, Ads & Insights

Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration on complex projects Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL) A bias towards action Ability to work core EST working hours
