Senior BI Data Analyst (Fully remote)

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline or associated work experience 8+ years of hands‑on functional and technical analysis 5+ years developing, driving & performing complex QA 3+ years driving complex projects to completion Demonstrated experience performing analysis on large, structured & unstructured complex datasets Advanced SQL skills Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience Strong intellectual curiosity Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Experience & ability to wear multiple hats Strong interpersonal skills Proven ability as an owner/leader within a collaborative team Experience with Oracle EBS a plus Experience managing EDW projects a plus English advance level is required

Lead and manage activities related to detailed requirements gathering, documentation and problem solving Translate business requirements and document technical specifications Serve as liaison to business leaders on behalf of Enterprise BI & Analytics Own end-to-end complex data analysis and driving new/best practices Size and scope development needs for complex business and technical project initiatives Accurately identify and assess problems Use advanced analytical problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and questions Define, retrieve, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel and other tools Determine, coordinate, analyze and document business processes Support and drive Enterprise Data Governance Best Practices Present findings to team members Lead & manage user acceptance testing Work with offshore & vendor partners Work closely with the BI Data Platform Team Collaborate with other teams to map data fields Ability and desire to wear multiple hats Proactively staying on top of technologies and bringing new technical solutions to the table
