10+ years of successful experience leading sales teams focused on scientific tools and/or software. At least 5+ years in a senior leadership position (VP or Sr Director equivalent). Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or similar Life Sciences education is ideal. Proven ability to manage and inspire a geographically dispersed, high-performing sales organization. Deep knowledge of the biopharma industry, including development processes, workflows, IT ecosystems, and purchasing behaviors. Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients. Experience with a best-in-class enterprise sales framework. Strong cross-team collaboration skills. Curiosity about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
