5+ years of professional experience in business operations, business consulting, product operations, project management, sales operations History of solving complex problems quickly and independently Strong analytical and technical skills Excel experience is required SQL experience is highly preferred Process minded approach paired with flexibility Clear, confident communication Strong sense of ownership and accountability Bias for action and a “no problem is too small” attitude

Own performance outcomes for either the HOA or Tax product line Identify friction in workflows and drive improvements Facilitate building models and dashboards to diagnose performance trends Partner with Product Managers to translate operational insights into feature ideas Create and refine processes for efficient onboarding and scaling Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities Track and report the results of new initiatives Spot new opportunities, propose fixes, and take ownership of implementation
