Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role. Successful track record in managing and expanding current accounts in a B2B environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of account management principles. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and expanding current accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. Strong technical and business acumen. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of Cloud, Web, and Marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with energy and utility clients. Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders. Understand client business and technical needs. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Monitor account performance metrics and generate reports. Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts. Identify and drive opportunities for account growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for account expansion. Conduct in-depth account reviews to uncover needs. Present and promote new products, upgrades, or solutions. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Attend and drive key client meetings, workshops, and industry events. Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, or challenges. Seek feedback from clients for improvement. Collaborate with sales team on account strategies and plans. Drive contract renewals, negotiations, and upselling. Provide accurate sales forecasts and account updates.
