Senior Manager, Engineering (Data Ingest Platform)

Deep passion for people leadership and a track record of building successful engineering teams. Experience managing other engineering managers is highly desirable. Ability to be a strong strategic partner to Product and Design. Strong, hands-on technical background with senior-level experience in Go and/or Python. Comfortable participating in code reviews, technical design discussions, and writing code. Familiarity with modern data engineering concepts and technologies (ETL/ELT, APIs, Postgres, BigQuery, Pub/Sub) is a major plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lead, mentor, and grow an organization of talented engineers and engineering managers. Own the end-to-end delivery of your product roadmap. Partner with product and design counterparts to set the vision and strategy. Champion operational excellence, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. Be a key member of the engineering leadership team.
