Third Party Supplier Manager

Strong experience managing third-party fulfilment or logistics partners. Commercially sharp with experience in negotiating terms and holding suppliers accountable. Clear communicator able to hold performance reviews and escalate blockers. Analytical skills for spotting trends, issues, and diving into data. Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments is preferred. Familiarity with multi-region fulfilment operations is a bonus. Good knowledge of health and safety processes/controls. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Self-starting and proactive approach. Ability to operate with urgency during service failures. Comfortable balancing commercial, operational, and relational pressures. Ability to work effectively across time zones and different territories. Experience negotiating sizable contracts with tight SLAs and KPIs.

Lead supplier selection and onboarding for third-party fulfilment and logistics partners. Collaborate with International Expansion team on future launch roadmaps and territory research. Ensure and manage service level agreements (SLAs). Set and track supplier KPIs (OTIF, cost per shipment, complaint rate, communication responsiveness). Manage supplier relationships from contract negotiation to operational cadence. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of operations and systems. Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance recovery plans. Review and validate monthly invoices. Develop reporting dashboards for performance visibility to senior leadership. Ensure contracts are up-to-date and aligned with business growth.
