8+ years of experience in marketing campaign management (budgeting, planning, execution, reporting) Experience leading end-to-end campaigns with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach Expertise in tailoring activations for specific audiences and goals Experience managing multi-faceted programs progressing within various timelines Experience with Media/OTT/Anime landscape, Korean pop culture, and multicultural communities Experienced working with agencies in advertising, social media, influencer marketing and events Proficiency in Creative Asset Management systems and Google Workspace Some regional travel will be required
