Controller

Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experienced with managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and cross-border compliance (US + UK). 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including time in public accounting (Big 4 or similar) and high-growth Startups/SaaS. Proven ability to take ownership and make judgment calls without heavy oversight. Comfortable with personally closing the books in a lean team environment. Excited to establish processes, controls, and systems from the ground up in a startup setting.

Lead accuracy and timeliness of financial closes for US and UK entities (GAAP compliance). Create and maintain internal documentation for accounting policies, controls, and business processes. Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Provide accounting and compliance expertise to influence LiveFlow’s product design. Deliver financial insights and reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
