Principal Product Manager - Continuous Integration and Code

BSc or higher in Computer Science or related technical field 7+ years total experience 3+ years in software development or engineering 4+ years in product management for developer tools, DevOps, or CI/CD products Deep understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and build/test systems Hands-on familiarity with technologies like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bazel, Gradle, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure Experience or curiosity in AI/ML applications for developer productivity Proven track record of shipping complex, high-quality products quickly Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills

Define and own the strategic roadmap for key areas of Harness CI Partner deeply with engineering to define requirements, validate technical feasibility, and drive timely, high-quality releases Engage directly with customers to understand developer workflows, pain points, and emerging trends in CI/CD Translate data and insights into clear priorities Drive execution with urgency, anticipating blockers and proactively unblocking dependencies across multiple teams Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Developer Relations, and Marketing to drive adoption and create technical content Mentor and influence across teams Represent Harness externally in customer meetings, webinars, and industry events
