Partner with franchise owners to analyze KPIs and financials, uncover performance opportunities, and implement improvement plans. Conduct structured on-site visits, including pre-visit planning, in-store consulting, action-plan development, and follow-up. Lead monthly franchisee consultation calls focused on operational execution and accountability. Support franchisees in achieving Byrider performance standards across sales volume, reconditioning efficiency, charge-off rates, and customer satisfaction. Deliver engaging operational training sessions—both virtual and in person—covering best practices, process improvements, and new initiatives. Collaborate with corporate teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Vendor Relations) to ensure smooth rollout of system-wide programs. Support new franchise openings and special projects that strengthen overall system performance. Serve as an ambassador for the Byrider brand.
