Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred) Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems Understanding of basic UX principles Willing and able learner of new technologies Extremely strong written and oral communication Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred) Familiarity with charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart) (preferred) Experience working alongside designers utilizing artifacts such as sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes (preferred) Involvement in design or development of custom web components (preferred)
