Serve as primary contact for resolving complex software, hardware, networking, and system issues. Communicate directly, clearly, and empathetically with end-users. Configure and maintain client endpoints (Windows and MacOS). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to small office networks, including firewall and basic network configuration. Maintain accurate system documentation, policies, and procedures. Configure and manage security settings and platforms. Manage, configure, and maintain critical client services (password managers, cloud backup, VoIP, web hosting, domain/DNS).
