Experience designing a top 100-grossing mobile game, experience managing/leading teams of designers, passion for games and game design, 3-5 years of professional design experience with core, casual, social and/or mobile games, proficiency in systems design, game tuning, content design, user experience design, and design documentation, understanding of free-to-play monetization mechanics, ability to prototype own game concepts
