Requirements:

5+ years of professional programming experience, experience in payment processing engineering, hands-on experience with ruby on rails and other modern web stacks, 1+ years of experience in technical leadership, excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to mentor and help team members grow, motivated by problem-solving, build high-quality solutions, work remotely alongside a distributed software engineering team (desirable), experience with resilient distributed service architecture and graphql schema design (desirable)
