Requirements:
  • Advanced student in Human Resources/Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related career.
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Effective communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and kindness
  • Open team player
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting employees in their onboarding and offboarding process using BambooHR, administrative processes, personal files, equipment, medical care, and others.
  • Collaborate and assist on internal initiatives to improve our culture: company’s benefits, events, annual trips, etc.
  • Ensure the correct loading and maintenance of data in our data tools (e.g. BambooHR, Appsmith, Power BI, etc.) to feed our area with just-in-time information, predictions, and continue on the path towards People Data Driven.
  • Collaborate with internal communications (Muttversary & birthday flyers, Slack messages).
