Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Interest in system and platform engineering and foundational DevOps and SRE principles
• Experience with Python and fundamental object oriented software engineering concepts
• Familiarity with scripting languages, such as zsh, Bash, or Shell
• Experience using Git, especially Github
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, EC2, VPC, and RDS (a plus)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Work with an engineering director and assigned mentor to complete tactical projects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, write engineering stories, and help prioritize your work
• Design and implement automations, following SRE best practices
