Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting.
- 3 years of related experience.
- General knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
- Ability to create moderately complex forecasting models.
- High attention to detail and comfort with extended data analysis.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Anaplan and OneStream is preferred but optional.
- Intermediate presentation skills for expressing quantitative concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Intermediate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work inclusively in small groups.
- Ability to provide FANATICAL support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and evaluates the company's operating results and financial position.
- Assesses options for improvement on business expenses.
- Prepares profitability analyses.
- Assists department managers with budgeting process including planning and maintaining budgets.
- Develops monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget reports showcasing revenues and expenses.
- Forecasts cash flow, sales, expenses, profitability, headcount, and department performance.
