Requirements:
2+ years of customer support or technical support experience, windows environment knowledge, passion for customer success, ability to learn new technologies quickly, excellent communication and relationship management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, analytical and organizational abilities, fluent in english
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate priority issues, ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues, collect and document bugs, create process documentation, think creatively for process improvements
