Requirements:
  • CA Intermediate (semi-qualified) with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Industry experience in accounting and taxation, with expertise in TDS and GST.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of India GAAP and Taxation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
  • Process payments through the banking portal, including vendor, supplier, and employee transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices into the accounting tool and process payments in accordance with approval processes.
  • Create accounts receivable invoices and record receipts.
  • Handle reimbursements and bank & credit card-related entries.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for cash, bank, and credit card balances, as well as vendor accounts.
  • Prepare GST and TDS return data on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end journals, including prepaids, provisions, depreciation, work papers, and reconciliations.
  • Generate cash flow, bank, and MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Draft and review compliance reports for GST, TDS, advance tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Assist in internal and external audit queries.
  • Stay updated on statutory laws related to payroll, including gratuity and provident fund.
  • Work closely with Admin and HR teams to streamline inter-departmental queries and processes.
  • Support other departments as required to maintain operational efficiency.
