Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience supporting finance functions.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (experience in ERP implementation is a plus).
- Proficiency with advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Experience with supplier invoicing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset.
- Commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in daily customer invoicing and collections.
- Oversee customer invoicing, monitor credit, handle collections, and maintain AR aging reports.
- Proactively track customer cash collections for timely payments.
- Assist in executing and improving AR policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare and analyze AR metrics for leadership review.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve AR issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
