College degree in cs preferred, 3+ years of technical problem-solving experience, excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, ability to work independently and in a team, knowledge of internet technologies, javascript, html, css, and other programming languages, familiarity with video encoding applications, experience with ad/video analytics platforms
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, handle technical issues, contribute to online community and knowledge database, give feedback for product enhancements
