Requirements:

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Experience with graphic design (a plus).
• Knowledge of SEO (a plus).
• Knowledge of social media advertising (a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and iMovie.
• Experience with Canva, Metricool, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and FunnelGorgeous.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products.
• Optimize videos for YouTube search including titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails for videos.
• Develop and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, manage email lists and segment audiences.
• Track email campaign performance and provide reports.
• Create engaging social media posts using Canva and schedule content with Metricool.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Update website content and make minor design changes on WordPress and FunnelGorgeous platforms.
• Ensure website functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
• Schedule and manage Facebook Live events, including technical setup and audience interaction.
