Requirements
- Native level Norwegian communication skills
- Great English communication skills (written and oral)
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with difficult customers/clients
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good accurate records keeping
- Good team player
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work during holidays and weekends
- Able to work remotely and full-time (at least 40 hours per week; GMT+8 time zone)
- Must have own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Support and understand user demands
- Assist users in creating and publishing websites
- Help with setting up URLs and fixing errors/bugs
- Answer questions about student discounts
- Improve user page appearance
- Handle e-commerce and form solutions
- Perform translation tasks and product testing
