  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers/clients

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work during holidays and weekends
  • Able to work remotely and full-time (at least 40 hours per week; GMT+8 time zone)
