  • Minimum 5+ years of post-internship, full-time, hands-on, professional software development experience developing user-facing Android mobile native applications at scale, using Java or Kotlin.
  • Champion software engineering best practices including unit/integration/end-to-end testing, design documents, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
  • Experience with modern Android development frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and Kotlin coroutines.
  • Additional knowledge in GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus.
  • Design, build, and ship features, experiments, and products for millions of users to support international growth.
  • Communicate effectively within the team and across disciplines, collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the team’s strategy, participating actively in planning.
  • Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insights and helping to scope and prioritize projects.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design, development, testing, analysis, and launch.
  • Review code and design documents, giving feedback on product specs and mocks.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to improving developer workflows.
