- Experience working as a doula with an in-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems
- Availability for virtual and in-person work, including evenings and weekends
